“Steve and I have enjoyed making music for children over the years. This past summer, I felt prompted to write songs encouraging us to take a look at the simple (actually not so simple, but extraordinary) life in nature around us, and exploring our natural emotional response to our atmosphere. Noticing *that* beauty found right in our neighborhood can be so encouraging in these tough times. As a Christian, these miracles of life instinctively lift my heart and mind joyfully up to a Creator, and this idea also weaves its way in and out in small ways throughout the album.

We hope you enjoy! Take a good peek at the album art by Bonnie Fitch! Our family has been very blessed by nature journaling, and the album art might help you start one with your family. Journaling helps us to really *see* and hold memories in our minds that last a lifetime.”
